For Your Eyes Only – DNSSEC Decoded

Learn about the Latest Government Requirements for DNSSEC
from Scott Rose of NIST

OMB mandate M-08-23 required all federal agencies to deploy DNSSEC on their external domains by December 2009, and FISMA extends this requirement to include DNSSEC deployment on internal networks, yet most agencies are either unaware of these requirements, or struggle with DNSSEC deployment complexity.

Sign up to attend this informative seminar:  “For Your Eyes Only: DNSSEC Decoded" to learn more about why DNSSEC is a critical element of cyber security and what you must do to be in compliance with federal requirements. At this seminar you will learn:

  • Why federal agencies internal networks are targets for theft of confidential information
  • How DNSSEC protects your internal and external domains from hijacking
  • What FISMA requirements pertain to DNSSEC and when you might be audited
  • What pitfalls you should avoid in DNSSEC deployments
  • How some agencies have successfully overcome the complexity and insecurity of manual DNSSEC deployments
