Secure64’s Support website provides you the ability to communicate with our TSO, register users, access technical documentation, review information in our Knowledge Base, log a specific support case, and obtain personalized, telephone and email support.

Standard Warranty Support

Standard Warranty Support provides registered users access to our searchable Knowledge Base, and software update and upgrade information. and technical documentation, such as the product User Guide and release notes.  In addition, registered users receive 90 days of software updates and upgrades, as well as telephone and email support.

Advanced Maintenance Support

Advanced Maintenance Support  provides registered users on current Maintenance and Support Agreements full access to personalized, telephone and email support, all software updates and upgrades, and support case logging capabilities beyond the initial 90 day warranty period through the term of the agreement. In addition, Advanced Maintenance Support users have access to the searchable Knowledge Base and all technical documentation.
